I printed it and tried assembling it last night.
When I tried to pop the pieces together (like the the feet into the legs) the leg broke.
The pieces to do not pop together easily at all.

The joints are tight. This is really a problem with PLA, it's so brittle it tends to break. You can sand down the balls of the joints. This is also why I use cutouts on the balls themselves to help. TD

How tall is this figure when assembled? I'd like to scale it to about 6" tall.

BTW, I just found your YouTube channel. There is some great info on there, man.

This is the same figure at 100%. He's about 7 1/2 inches.

Just laid it out roughly in Simplify3d, and the figure is roughly 7" tall at 100% scale.

Congrats on the 3DPrint.com feature.

Thanks... that is pretty cool.

perfect model!
BTW,what kind of paint did you use ?

It's just regular enamel model paint by Testors. Thx.

Tony your showman ship with the video is great! I love the model too!

Thanks man. It's really fun sharing stuff like this.
