Our kids love our Thermos Foogo bottles. Unfortunately, the base of the bottles is just hot-glued on, and they tend to fall off after some dishwasher cycles. The original plastic bases are too loose to stay attached without the glue bond, and I'm not sure how to re-glue them. So here is a printable replacement that has a snug enough snap-on fit that it will stay put without glue.
The part is designed to be printed using Taulman PCTPE. It needs to use a somewhat flexible material, or else it will be impossible to snap onto the stainless steel bottle.
Remove any remaining glue from the bottom of the stainless steel bottle. It will take 80 pounds or so of pressure to snap the part onto the bottom of the bottle.
