NOTE! This is NOT made to be printed on hobby printers, but please give it a go if you want to.

This model is the closest I yet have come to the original Panzer VIII MAUS tank developed under world war II in germany. I have made a secondary gun just for fun, but that has nothing to do with the original tank.

I printed my model on a Dimension ST1200 but would love to see someone try on a hobby printer.

The .cad model is 60 cm long, so scale to the size you want. The STL files are very large since the modeling is not the best. Especially the tracks are large since they are individual pieces. If anyone can make the stl files smaller, please tell me how:)

The tracks are a part of its own, and has to be cut after printing in order to fit them losely on the hull. Alternative is to merge the stl files if you can.

What is the scale of this?

This is a nice model, I hope you don't mind but I have been pulling parts off of this to add detail to mt 1/16th scale RC Maus project! This should be great!

I had to edit the tracks a bit to get it to fit for a 1/16th scale RC tank. It's still at least partially your work though so do you mind if I upload the edited version to Thingiverse and/or 3D CAD Browser for the other RC tankers to use?

I Would like to ask how fif you print the hull, with supports?

im going to try and print this, but should i incorporate the supports or rafts?

Can you upload the Inventor project files?

Great work !
And no matter which printer you used.

Lol not to be made by a hobby printer ... And why is THAT
