Fantastic job.
Are you doing these in 123d catch or some other software? How many pictures and what image resolution are you using?

Right now I'm using Agisoft Photoscan, but once Memento beta becomes a little more stable on my iMac, I might give that a try too.

This particular model was created from part of a full-sized model of Moses that used about 301 photos. Of those, I believe the head used about 90 photos. (Yes, I'm very anal about trying to cover every square inch of a statue from various angles and distances, to ensure the greatest chance of success). When I shot the original photos, they were straight RAW photos in my Pentax K-01. I then "developed" them in Adobe Lightroom and exported the corrected results as high resolution JPG files (about 200ppi). I could have used TIF files instead, but I really wouldn't have gained any advantage and it would have taken far longer to create the model.
