Summary
The Kagome lattice has proven to be very useful. It is similar to octet trusses, but sacrifices some strength for reduced weight and more porosity. This one has ~1mm wire size.

I am thinking of making skate longboard printed, looking for minimum material, strongest outcome solution.... not as the main deck but as parts between main beneath rails, instead of making solid rails.
