Rigidbot Extruder Plate and Mount for the Diamond Hotend.
Technically I haven't finished my Diamond install, but the plate and mount are solid at this point. I'll post more pictures once I complete the install and have my Diamond up and running.
This extruder mount is designed in two sections (Plate & Mount) so that it can be printed without "supports", the only caveat is the Mount needs to be printed upside down.
The Plate has a hole for a proximity sensor.
It has two sets of holes for the X-Axis GT2 Belt Adapter, one for 32T pulley and the other for 16T pulley.
You'll need a couple M3 screws;
2x M3 x 10mm
1x M3 x 10mm with a counter-sunk head (bearing holder mounts over same location)
So that I could swap extruders easily I stole the linear bearing holders from my Y-Axis (heated bed) and printed replacement holders for the Y-Axis. Reason being . . . stock Rigidbot Bearing Holders snap off the LM8UU's easily and I want to use several different extruder plates. Bearing holder downloadable here as as well.
