could you please post your cad-files?
i would like a smaller intake with integrated guard and smaller holes on the backplate so i dont need nuts.

With only 1.5V I obtained a 4.6 m/s airflow.

lol, that's awesome! can't really see what kinda motor you have there, but it must be more powerful than mine. I imagine at 1.5V it's current draw is pretty high...

The current absorption, just tested, is 0.4 A.

I raised up the voltage to 4.5V (I've not measured the current), and the airflow was really powerful: 30 km/h! ;)

so 8.33 m/s @ 4.5V... i can live with that. xD

what instrument did you use to measure the air speed?

:D yep! you can even stop breathing: the fan does it for you! :P
