You have a big size printer and are looking for really strong bowden extruder? Then this one will suit you.
This is the first extruder of my extruder series. More upgraded versions will be released in the next few month.
modified version with filament-tracking-system:
The extruder is designed for use with 1.75mm filament.
Important: You need a NEMA 23 stepper with 5mm shaft! Usually they have 6.5 mm shaft. My rotor/shaft is edited on a lathe.
The extruder is designed to work with the great MK8 drive pully.

1 pcs - screw DIN912 M4x30
1 pcs - round steel dia 6mm, 12mm
2 pcs - bearing 684ZZ
1 pcs - bearing 626ZZ
1 pcs - spring (standard print bed spring)
1 pcs - eye screw DIN444 M5x40
1 pcs - nut DIN466 M5
2 pcs - push fits M5 (4mm tube)
1 pcs - MK8 drive gear
1 pcs - NEMA 23 stepper (5mm shaft!!)
