You have a big size printer and are looking for really strong bowden extruder? Then this one will suit you.

This is the first extruder of my extruder series. More upgraded versions will be released in the next few month.

modified version with filament-tracking-system:

The extruder is designed for use with 1.75mm filament.

Important: You need a NEMA 23 stepper with 5mm shaft! Usually they have 6.5 mm shaft. My rotor/shaft is edited on a lathe.

The extruder is designed to work with the great MK8 drive pully.

what size diameter filament are you extruding with this big extruder??

What advantages have you seen using the Nema 23 vs Nema 17 for the extruder??

Hey Lars, great design! Would like to use it on my d-bot as i have a few spare 23s but dont have a lathe... Managed to find a 6.35mm MK7 drive gear though, any chance you could make a version that would work with the larger MK7 please?

I lost the source file for this a year ago.

But somewhere must be my V2 version of this.
