I'm planing on using this for a new costume head piece, but I'm unable to download the lower jaw into my program because it's an .obj file, not a .stl file like the other two pieces. Is it possible for you to covert the lower jaw into the proper file?

Thank you! I'll be sure to put it to good use!

This is going to be awesome for my dream costume project: Chocobo rider!!!

Also can you please tell me the length of the original finished head? It will save me some time trying to scale each piece for my project.

The head has three parts - if you print the parts without rescaling the assembled head should be about 208 mm long. That's the size for a 1m tall hand-puppet. It is currently sized to have enough room for a hand with glove-size S-M inside the beak. For a wearable costume, I usually adjust the width of the head to a minimum of 230mm - I have a small head.

Wonderful~ I was able to print the full head without supports even when scaled up 140%. I will be making it into a large puppet. What did you use for the hinge that holds the jaw onto the head?

loving your designs I'm looking at using them for a research project using robots to help children. Will keep you posted and accredited if they are used.
