This is a valve block with integrated passively controlled valves that can be printed in one piece. The valves have a clearence of 0.1mm from the block which means that there will be slight leakage but this is necessary in order to allow printing on various 3D printers.
There is one system INLET and 8 OUTLETS. The passages and valves are designed in such a way that the fluid entering the inlet exits from each outlet in consequitive pulses (starting from Outlet no. 8 to outlet No.1).
The connectors are designed for 5mm rubber tube. There are 2 mounts for wall mounting via M4 Allen Screw (DIN 912 - ISO 4762). Alternatively there are side mounts for 4mm screws with 10mm screw-driver or tool acces holes at the oposite side. Finally there are 2 slots for easy hanging.
It can be used for controlled and distributed lubrication (e.g. large bearings) or controller irrigation or any other purpose that requires multiple controller fluid distribution.
Designed for 3D printing, if properly modified can be produced with other more conventional methods as well.
