could you place also the cad file?
this cover is too thin, i'd like to make one more resistant.

How can I get Pronterface/Slic3r to print with the backside down on the platform?

Not sure about Pronterface's ability to to this, but the options I use are:

  1. Use NetFabb to remark the "bottom" of the print.
  2. Try Repeteir-Host, a replacement for Pronterface that uses Slic3r as well.
