Works perfectly on my exercise bike. I had to scale it up 140% because of the mounting arc width, but was able to print it fastener side down with ONLY custom supports on flat fastener side. This did result in the fastener side arch being a little messy on the inside. As this doesn't cause any structural issues I don't think it matters. No supports needed for the top arch, but it will also be a little messy.

Printed in 8.5hrs on my Delta at 100mm/ps and 0.24mm layer height. Since this is a functional print for the house, it doesn't need to look all that pretty. I think 8.5hrs seems reasonable especially given the 40% increase in size.

If mounting this to a non-traditional bike, you may need to put an interface material between the bottle holder and the frame. I used 1/8" rubber matting which worked fine. Pictures attached.

memsfactory: Yes, printed bottom down without supports. Make your printed go slow and it should work.

Best of luck.

Starch5: There may be a error in the slicing. I have no good way to verify on my end though. :(

Do you print this bottom side down WITHOUT supports?

I tried many time but it stopped everytime after printing about an inch. So sad.
Is it my printer or an error exist in the slicing program?

How wide of a diameter water bottle will this hold?
