This is a remix of the standard 1515 Mini Kossel carriage truck to suit Motedis I-profile 2020 extrusions as used on my large delta build described at https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/2015/06/01/building-a-large-delta-printer/. For 2020 extrusions with a different slot width you can adjust the parameters in the OpenScad file. Pictured here printed in blue ABS with Robotdigg metal carriages attached.

How do you adjust the endstops? I dont see a hole for a screw :P

I adjust them to be within about 1mm of each other by sliding them up or down the extrusion, and make fine adjustments in firmware using the M666 command.

Just have a bit of a remix for those using V-slot with Openbuilds min wheels.

Is designed so you don't have to use spacers.

Delta V-slot mini wheels carriage, for the RobotDiggs carriage.

That's a nice looking design!

Thanks for the share - can you tell me what the thickness is that you have for spacing with the washers? i'd like to get some aluminium spacers for my build

If you mean the washers that stand the Delrin V-rollers off from the carriage, I have one M3 nut and 6 M3 washers totalling about 5.7mm.

Hi, just curious where you got the belt tensioner part from? Is it a purchased part or do you have files to print one? Looks like it may not be printed?
