An assorted collection of bins to improve the space usage in the Stanley 25 compartment organizer. Especially useful if you have few long parts: you can now use half-width bins.

HINT: you can resize these in X&Y in your printing program to get larger sizes.

Note: it appears some organizers are 46mm tall and others are 41mm tall, will update the design soon, in the meantime be sure to check which one you have and scale for Z accordingly.

Note 2: The Harbor Freight variant of the organizer and a few others have some extra pads on the sides and cannot slide as the one linked above. Make sure you check the pictures/box and there is nothing on the sides impending movement.

I don't just want to adjust Z as you said because that will also change bottom thickness.

You can safely scale that way, as the bottom thickness is 1.65mm (so 41/47*1.65 = 1.44mm = 7 layers thick - that is equally strong).

Heights still seem to be off? My original parts are 41mm without feet and 44mm with feet. Your medium part is 47.2 ... any reason for that?

I now see that I mixed STLs from two organizers, some are 41 and some are 47.
I do have a parametric generator that does smarter bins, I'll publish that once I clean it up a bit, but note the thingiverse customizer has been down for days anyway, but also Stanley has more than doubled the price of the organizer in the meantime (it used to be $11).

I bought 4 of these and 4 of the deep ones (not fatmax but pro or what their name is) because they are so damn good to move X-Wing stuff or keep small 3d printed parts, but I nearly always only use the large or medium bins, so I have dozens of small bins I don't need and not enough of the big ones. Some people here even offer special lengths like longer than a big one and only half as wide but I guess such need the identification pins. But since the remixer is broken most projects don't work anymore :/ or have small faults for other reasons.

Will print and try these out :) Did you think about making a gluable container bottom with registration so they lock into the bottom like these for the deep version of the organizer?

Yes, it pains me too they don't have registration pins :) but printing convenience (print clean in one piece and go) was more important.
Not sure I like the glue idea though, but I have something else in mind for the parametric generator :)

Thanks for sharing! Do you know of the inside dimensions (without compartments) are the same between the 25 and 10 compartments?
