How much would it cost to make these if I wanted them made?

I dunno.

besides the PLA (or ABS) and TPE materials, you need some long M3 screws (20mm, 40mm and 60mm, respectively) with some nuts.
the + screws are cheaper (around 20~30pcs / USD$1 over here), you can get them everywhere. hex screws are more expansive (around 3~5pcs / USD$1) but often made in stainless steel or better metals.
you can just find some wooden sticks to hold the belt, but might need screws to hold the lens.

the lens, if you want cheap ones, just find some magnify glasses from local stationary shop, i got several for like USD$3 each.
if you want good quality lens (avoid distortion of vision), you might have to order spectacles for long sight from opticians, you might need +1.5D lens, and that's pretty uncommon and pretty expansive.

the most expansive part would be the phone, tho. costs me USD$349.

ohh, you need some additional weight mounted on the back to avoid the glasses from sliding down.
I used a broken 2.5' hdd for that purpose, costs... I dunno...... $0 I guess, since it was just a piece of junk occupies my shelf.
