Although it's hard to take pictures representing my surprise, the 3rd picture is my best effort without a macro lens ( from top -- with this bracket, 2nd and 3rd without )

Also, I don't see the handle bar shift any more.
Print 1 pcs of body and 2 pcs of caps. Sandwich them with M3 x 20 screws and nuts as shown in the picture.
If you print them with the original Oneup/Twoup, you might find the holes for the bearing and z-rod are very tight. Use the hobby knife or rasp to widen it. Once installed, reprint the body. I hope you will be amazed as much as I was how the print quality improved and the reprinted object fits smoothly without rasping.
