I wanted a heavy duty case to enclose a UNO and some extra electronics so I made one.
I will make a better one, but this is version 1.
It has M4 nuts set into the base for M4 socket head screw recessed into the lid. It has alignment ribs between base and lid.
The UNO sits on studs and I weld it down with some filament.
There is space above the UNO for the current job, and a hole grid on the lid for adding connectors and such.
Version 2 will have thinner walls, and more interlocking between the base and lid, but this one will do for the moment.
Just print them.
Heat M4 nuts and pull them into the base.
I use a soldering iron to add a couple of dabs of filament to hold the PCB down on the mounting posts.
