What length rods did you use with this? Would a 30mm and/or 70mm length work well?

I designed it based off imagery of someone else's youtube video, You will have to decide which works best for your build.

How do these mount? can you post a picture .

also what parts are for the jaw? thanks.

In the primary image the side with the light blue and pink ends are for the face plate "Plate, Plate 2, or Plate 3". Plate 1 or 2 is used for the inside. If your printing your helmet i would add screw posts to match, or it can be hot glued in. It was designed to be fully adjustable to your preference. If there is a specific item you would like modified feel free to post here.

Also the Hinge piece isn't required for the helmet, it's just an optional accessory for one of my builds

Thanks for the shout out for your design base. Im printing out a new Mark 46/47. I'm thinking of printing these out and will give it a try!

Has anyone used this on the Mark 3 helmet yet?

I was about to design something like your rod end locks to act as servo savers when I found yours: great design!
Not sure what size of threaded rods you designed this for so I used M3 and it worked great.

I'm glad you like it, I believe I had M3 screws in mind when I made it. It was a simple concept design that I was tinkering with, let me know how it turns out

So glad I found this. Will download and print on my Flashforge 3D Creator Pro. What type of screws do you need for this to be completed? Thanks for your help!

Additional mounting options have been made, will upload tonight

Plate modified for easier customization

Thank you Tom. I was so tired last night (didn't want to stop because I was on a role) I completely forgot to give credit where credit was due for the inspiration for this project in the description.

you solution to the hinge looks elegant!!! I have been scratching my head looking at the ones for the mk3; http://www.therealtonystark.com/mark-iii-armour
trying to figure out how to make it work with a servo.
