Hello! excellent work, can you help me with the tree support configuration? I have the meshmixer but I do not get a configuration that makes branches in the nose and mustache, thank you!

Thanks for the kind words! Ender 3 looks like a good printer.

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first full print ever. I'd printed about 10mm of the dog that came on the micro SD card included with the Ender 3. Once I saw that was printing well I decided to go for the Professor.

You are a quite an artist. It's beautiful. I'm envious and appreciative in equal measure of your talent! More historical figures if you will. Churchill, Orville and Wilbur Wright, Lincoln (all those character lines on his face)...

Printed a remix of this last night. Beautiful job!! Thanks!,

Great STL. The print came out very well and each wrinkle, line came so clear. Thank you

Great print. Every line, wrinkle came perfect. Thank you for this wonderful STL.

Great print. Turned out awesome.

whats the wall thickness should i use ?

Absolutely amazing. I woukd love to see a Carl Sagan, Steven Hawking or Neil DeGrasse Tyson to add to the Einstein and Darwin!

The print I made for the main image was X3d ABS skin colour, 3.0mm.

Hi
Which colour of PLA do you use?
Thanks!

Can someone separate this into pieces to print inside a 150 x 150 x 150 mm print bed? and slice it so you can print the shirt part in one color then print the head in another etc?

Hoping you can do me a favor. Can you provide an STL of the bottom of einstein say the first 5mm of the stl file?

I tried to import him into tinkercad to "cut" a hole into the top of the plinth to mount and illuminate him better and while this worked find he no longer "fit" right because tinkercad decimated the model on import so the cut out is not "precise" to the printed model.

I am hoping a small cross section (the part I need) won't be decimated so much and it will fit better.

I added a base section, not sure if that's what you were after?
Lloyd

Great model. Printed Albert and the plith. Did you intend for the bust to hang over the plinth by 20mm on each side of the plinth?

SUPERB! turned out super on my wanhao i3 plus with a 0.2 nozzle. can even see the pupils and each induvidual hair

Were is the stl? I dont want to print with cura, I prefer the Simplify3d supportts!! :/

I printed with simplify3d no issue. Pretty much all slicers support .obj

I opened the obj file with Meshmixer then saved it as an stl.

Nice but my first try I killed Cura

Love this model!
Details are amazing with the tiniest wrinkle on the face visible. Its a joy to spin around and watch the light catch the details.

My settings in Simplifi3D were

ABS 1.75mm
Nozzle 0.4mm
Res 0.2
Infill 30%
Speed 1200mm/min or 20mm per sec.
Print time 13 hrs for head and 5 hrs for base.
Printer Prusa i3 Rework v1.5 EmotionTech.

Thank you freeform3d.

Mine printed to about 1/4 scale.

Hi, can you please update the stl file used to print for time lapse that contains also the support ? in sice3r i didn't manage to get it right.

Great model. I liked how the mustache looked real with some of the filament dangling down.

My software doesn't reconognize the extension .obj . As i can change to .stl?

Are you interested in selling the painted version?

Wow, very nice work!

Outstanding work! This is by far the most realistic sculpture of Albert Einstein I have seen after researching for years. Congratulations!
