This is great. I know you went for minimal pieces but I find myself wanting the variety of many different gear ratios. The stabilizing insert is awesome. It should come with all Spirograph sets.

This is great-- and the video is so helpful, too. Can't wait to try this one out!

please explain this win?

Post your design to Thingiverse. You can modify your design anytime up until the August 15 deadline. See the Challenge Entry Tips for ideas on making your entry as effective as possible.

this one is placed after the deadline on aug 17 2015?!

Byctrldesign,
This model was submitted before the deadline of 11:59 pm EST 8/16/2015. Thingiverse takes submissions that are within an hour or two (10-11pm EST) before the deadline and places a published date for the following day. This is also demonstrated on the Analytics pages for all users where the day separation is ahead of EST zone. I hope this clears things up for you.

This contest was rigged....

And where is the castle? xD

Don't get me wrong, your creation is a masterpiece, but it's not a "sand castle mold"

Check out the pictures. In addition, everyone's designs were up for interpretation by the judges of the competition. If your interpretation is that it is not a castle, then try to look past your judgement and try to enjoy the model. It is meant to be fun.

im thinking the designer of this 'thing' didnt get alot (or any) autism creating forced vaccinations !!!!

do u guys get like a metal or a ribbon for winning a contest here, check ? a graphic ribbon on your 'thing' ?

hey man, u put stuff out so professionally, one wonders if you are a paid designer !!!

I was feeling pretty good about my place in the contest until I saw this. Damn this is a good model. Nice work.
