i could not find a control box for the Mostly printed CNC so i thought i would make one to give back to the community. My first design, what you think? The openings are just a hair on the small side and will require a small amount of sanding to make the parts fit. i will try to get a photo upload soon of the finished product. i have printed both parts and they turned out wonderful.the last few layers are rased so so you can print in a different color. i went with black and yellow and it is cool.

happy printing

This is clearly a work of art in the making. Is there anyway you could provide a schematic and a few more pictures of the finished unit. Especially the internal wiring?

Thank you.......i will try to provide some more pics. as for the wiring i'm not an certified in any way to provide an actual wire diagram, the links above do provide some info. use the semantic from your uno for the E stop. variable speed lots of info on the web.
i do feel bad......and that i morally do not what to tell some one how to do this and have it go wrong.....hope and please understand.

and thank you for the complement means a lot......:)

Can you give some more info about how you have your spindle / cutting tool hooked up to have CW / CCW and variable speed controls? I'm using the dewalt 660 and have a junction box with a dimmer switch and a normal socket wired in series, and the dewalt plugged into the socket. This looks significantly more elegant.

yes, there were hare to find. i will add the link once i find them again

Nice faceplate. Are your hold downs a thingiverse design?
