This is an OpenScad 3D model of a Beaglebone Black for use in case design. The clearance volumes are provided so that this object can be geometrically subtracted from a case model to generate the necessary openings for I/O ports.

The board length and width, corner radii, and hole positions were taken from the BBB A5A system reference manual, and the remaining dimensions were measured on a model A5A board.

See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:102399 as an example of a case that uses this thing to create correctly positioned openings.

My calipers agreed with guyc ( measuring hole spacing and diameter ) hooray

I have now created a case using this model, and there were quite a few small adjustments required. Since you are working on this I will post the updates and the case as WIPs now.

very cool thanks
