Hi,
I have printed mouthpiece and 1finger piece at 100% but it doesn't fit neither. I am pretty sure it can sound really good but for me it would be useless if I have to adjust the pieces after the print as i am searching for some "print and play" instruments ! Would you have an edit or STP files as you suggest it ?
Anyway, thanks for this awesome project. I am surprise nobody already made it.
It reminds me of a great french artist who does stuffs like this with pvc tubes. I thought you could like it !

can you have sound of it playing??? REALLY interested =D

I have printed mouthpiece and 4fingers piece in 80% scale (for small girl) from PLA. But it doesn't fit in this scale. Are there 0.2 mm gaps between parts in 100% scale? EDIT: After sanding, cutting and using force it fits (partly). ;)

Sorry to hear that. Not sure what a "proper" gap would be since that is to me a bit part and scale dependent---especially for something like this that should have a tight fit. Even at 100% it does fit tight, so I am not surprised that at 80% it is too close to fit. I would be willing to send or upload STP format files for those parts if you want to edit.

Just uploaded a flute-style mouthpiece. I haven't printed it yet (and I am not a flute player) so I am not sure if the dimensions are quite right to play well--thought I would share anyway...

Updated the 180 bend piece--forgot the original was too long on one side.
