I seen you made one. did you test it? did it help?

Not really it melted because I used epoxy. You could use some cement with mineral reinforecement. But I made this when I was in grade 7 or 8 for the little potassium nitrate sugar rockets I used to play with. Not calculated or anything. I doubt the flow would be supersonic either.

Doesn't work with the way I had done it. It's not calculated and the epoxy softens and shatters. If you want to make a rocket nozzle you will have to lathe it unfortunately. I made this year's ago.

Update here, i printed the mold. Print was quick and perfect. I used the aluminum and epoxy method which was messy (Use latex gloves) and added about 6 layers. Feels rock solid. I am going to be testing the aluminum nozzle tomorrow. I've posted the pictures of the nozzle and the mold (Already used) in the i made one section.
