I'm new to 3D printing but am getting the hang of OpenScad, which is probably where I'm going to be working for awhile.
I like to design useful things to print. Better still if I can add an artsy side to them.
Software Engineer by trade... that makes it a little easier. I've used CAD programs taken parts to CNC shops to be printed before.
This is kinda nicer. I like additive builds that 3D printers let you work with instead of subtractive builds I've done since the 1980s.
I have strong ideas for startups; have been involved early with successful startups in the past.
However, high taxation is harshing my mellow.
I work for my kind employer but otherwise AM ON STRIKE and keep most of my simulations, products, designs+other creations to myself for my own use.
